Sequential Prophet-5
CurrentReleased 2020
The Rev4 reissue of the 1978 five-voice analogue polysynth, built on the same CEM 3340 oscillators and switchable between the Rev1/2 SSM-style and Rev3 Curtis filters. A Vintage knob dials in the drift and envelope character of each original revision, while velocity, aftertouch and MIDI bring it up to date. For players who want the genuine Prophet sound and a simple, knob-per-function panel rather than deep modulation.
