Arturia MiniFreak
CurrentReleased 2022
A six-voice hybrid polysynth with two digital sound engines per voice feeding a real analogue filter on every voice. The engines cover everything from virtual analogue and wavetable to granular, sample playback and Mutable Instruments modes, and version 5 firmware lets you import your own samples and wavetables. It suits players who want a deep, slightly unpredictable sound-design box with slim keys and a proper sequencer for well under a thousand pounds.
